Unleash & Engage went on to work with the Academy of Service Excellence (ASE) to develop the unique ‘Create Amazing’ service excellence programme for Lexus.
Using Unleash & Engage’s expertise in business transformation and change we partnered with ASE to produce and deliver this unique programme which centred on how to invoke change, to achieve service excellence and manage sustainable delivery across Lexus Sales Centres.
