Creating a powerful vision:

MW Brands was set up in 2006 when H.J. Heinz sold its European Seafood Business. Now owned by global leader Thai Union, MW Brands is a leader in seafood and one of the most trusted food companies in the world. Brands include canned fish producer John West, canned tuna producer Petit Navire, canned sardine producer Hyacinthe Parmentier and canned tuna producer Mareblu.

Visioning framework:

Our work with MW Brands focused on creating a powerful vision for the group that translates to every employee and is aligned with each profit centre, department and team.

We started by initially working with the management board to design, develop and deliver a powerful vision for the whole of the MW Brands group.
Using the Unleash & Engage ‘Visioning Framework’, we led the Executive Leadership Team through a unique vision development process which
generated a powerful and detailed image of the future of the group. This involved a detailed four-stage process; ‘Prepare, Develop, Create and Acquire’ to embed the new vision across all functions as a key part of achieving employee engagement and Sustainable Operational Excellence.

The board recognised the success of this project and subsequently rolled-out the ‘Visioning Framework’ for their brands including; John West, Mareblu, Hyacinthe Parmentier and Petit Navire.
