There are five levels of pressure, each impacting on the performance of the individual. At the lowest end (left hand side), is where individuals are Bored - often showing up as individuals being distracted and disruptive, with low energy and buy-in.
The second section is where individuals are in their Comfort zone - easily able to do their work and spending much of their time ‘coasting’.
The third stage is the Focused zone - where people are giving things their full and undivided attention and energy. This is where things seem to be easy and everything is in control.
The fourth level is the stretched zone - where there are lots of things happening and the individual is operating at the limit of their abilities.
Fifth and finally is the Burn-out zone, where an individual has been operating beyond their limit for some time now and things are not getting any easier for them.
Plot each individual against these five categories, then tally up the numbers in each level and put these numbers in the boxes.
