We asked Greig Walker, our Managing Director, to explain:

So what is it that Greig and the U&E team go in and do?

Once they realise the part they all play in reaching shared goals, their belief and commitment is strengthened. And that’s when they start achieving more than they ever thought possible”.
Do they have to teach people new skills?
“Not at all” says Greig, “We coach them to help find better, more effective ways of using skills they already have. Once they start firing on all cylinders, they’re happier, more collaborative and more productive in what they do. It hardly needs saying but any business is only as good as its people. So if your people improve dramatically, don’t you think your business will too?
I’m fairly certain that you already have an outstanding workforce and I’m equally certain that we can prove it.”
